We provide classes based around all functional fitness training ranging from Agility movement patterns to power and strength training. We have personal trainers with experience working with professional footballers on site to run each class for your team and in each class, there will be different training elements.

CrossFit UF focuses on high intensity functional training. The best way to understand it, is simply to experience it.
This is fitness at its finest, it's most enjoyable and it is unique to anything else you have experienced before.You will train in an EGO FREE and highly supportive environment and not only will you achieve great results, you will make new friends and become part of a great community. It doesn't matter if you're 16 or 60, functional training is fully scaleable to your ability, but it will push your health and fitness further than you ever thought possible. Group sessions, personal training and open gym sessions available.
